 ❗️BEFORE YOU RETURN, PLEASE REMEMBER THAT:

  • It is crucial to follow the instructions in the "HOW TO PUT YOUR BDY FAJA ON" video on our FAQ page to learn how to properly make certain adjustments (such as spinning the faja legs inwards) that will make all the difference between thinking the faja is too small and actually fitting into it 
  • The purpose of a faja is to compress your body so discomfort due to tightness is normal during the initial wears (the 3-4 day break-in period).
  • All compression garments loosen up over time and alterations may be required to regain a high compression feel.
  • BDY Fajas are NOT CUSTOM garments, so alterations may be required to customized to your unique figure. Please contact us at info@bdyfajas.com to request alterations. 
  • IF ALTERATIONS TO YOUR BDY ORDER WERE PERFORMED BY THE FAJA DOCTOR LLC PRIOR TO YOUR RECEIVING YOUR GARMENT, THEN YOU DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A RETURN!

 

 

RETURNS:

We have a five (5)-calendar-day return policy on all our products, which means you have five (5)-calendar-days from the date your package is marked as delivered to return the garment. The postmark will be used to determine the date of return. 

Given the sensitive nature of what we sell, to be eligible for a return your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (beyond the initial try on), unused, with tags, and in all of its original packaging. In order to protect yourself and your the faja, you MUST use clean underwear when trying on your garment to be eligible for returns.

IF the original packaging is damaged or not returned, you will not be eligible for a return and your garment may not be returned to you! 

REFUNDS:

All references to currency are to United States Dollar (USD). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or denied. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within ten (10) business days minus the 15% cleaning and restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If your request is denied, we will notify you in writing that you did not meet the conditions of this return policy.

If more than five (5) calendar days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received notifications for us, please contact us at info@bdyfajas.com.

For a full refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) the following conditions must be met:

  • Must be free of marks, stains, fluids and scents, including deodorant, bodily fluids or perfume
  • Products must be unworn (beyond the initial try-on), unaltered, and unwashed
  • Tags must be attached
  • Products must be shipped back in original packing material
  • Return must be shipped back in original mailer or a box designed for e-commerce shipping
  • All included accessories must be returned in new condition
  • Return request must be received within five (5) calendar days of receipt AND the item must be shipped back within that same five (5) calendar days.  If our delayed response is the reason you miss the 5-day period, your return will be accepted, but you must ship your product the business day after approval, or your return may be denied and product may not be returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. A restocking and cleaning fee of will be charged for all returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and a return will not be granted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

NO REFUNDS ON GIFT CARDS

 

RETURN DENIALS:

If your return is denied because it was determined that you did not meet all of the return conditions you will be charged a 15% fee + shipping and your item will be returned to you. If you decide to the fees for your denied return, then no refund will be issued and your product(s) will not be returned to you. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES:

For exchanges, a $20 processing fee applies, and eligibility is contingent upon adherence to the outlined return policy criteria.

EUROPEAN UNION 3 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD:

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within three (3) days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn/unused, with tags, with all included accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL (NON-CONTINENTAL US) RETURNS

The above stated return policy applies to international returns with the following differences: Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. We cannot refund import tax or original shipping cost. A 15% cleaning and restocking fee will be deducted from final refund once the received return meets all of the inspection criteria explained under RETURNS above.
